Shipping Policy

As every T.J.M Metalworks product is handmade, we take great care in packaging each order securely to ensure it arrives safely and ready for years of outdoor use.

Most orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer as every item is individually handmade in our workshop.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the size of your order.

We have shipping rates available for many countries on our website. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will be happy to obtain the best available shipping price and add it to our website as quickly as possible.

Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, as our courier services require a physical delivery address.

Shipping Times 

UK Delivery

UK orders are primarily shipped with APC Overnight on a next working day service (Monday to Friday).

Once your order has been handmade and is ready for dispatch, we create the shipping label for collection on the following working day.

When your parcel has been collected and accepted into the APC network, your tracking information will become live, usually after 6:00 pm on the day of collection.

On the morning of delivery, APC will email you with your estimated delivery time slot.

If you are unlikely to be at home, please provide a safe place for delivery when placing your order. APC will not leave parcels without our authorisation.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or UPS, depending on the destination.

Once your order has been handmade and is ready for dispatch, we create the shipping label for collection on the following working day.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, your tracking information will be updated on your order.

Most international deliveries arrive within 3–7 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. Unfortunately, T.J.M Metalworks has no control over these charges and cannot predict or influence the amount payable.

For some destinations, including the United States on selected products and shipping services, all applicable import duties and customs charges are included in the purchase price. Where this applies, no additional customs charges will be payable by the customer.

Depending on your country's customs procedures, payment may be requested by the courier before delivery or before your parcel is released from customs. If applicable, you will normally be contacted by the courier via email or text message with payment instructions.
