Large Spit Roast Rotisserie Spit Roast - BBQ Open Fire Cooking

The Large Spit Rotisserie is a portable rotisserie cooking system with adjustable spikes for cooking joints of meat for the enthusiastic chef.

Beautifully hand made in the traditional way from forge to anvil with all the signs. It is a real show piece! and a very exciting way to cook over the open fire.

Specification -

Made from 8mm twisted square bar and oil quenched finished.

The legs are 65cm long. Now has 2 lower settings to lower the top bar on.

Top bar is 85cm long which can lock into 4 positions so you can cook evenly on 4 sides.

2 meat spikes that are 9cm gap.

40cm cooking capacity which can hold approximately 5kg.

It weighs approx 1.5kg

Additional wider spikes at 15cm gap can be purchased from the shop for cooking additional joints.

Makes a great combination with the Fire Pit 50 and Fire Pit 35
