If you want to cook in a truly traditional way this, is it! It’s a real showpiece and my personal favourite item to use. As you can see it can hold a full chicken and large meat joints. Completely made from forge to anvil with all the signs from the blacksmith workshop

Made with 6mm Square bar. Top bar is 50cm and can lock into 4 positions manaly and has a skewer length of 24cm to hold the meat.

Weighs approx 650g.
